1. Provider
The boat tour service is provided by Alessandro Di Silvestro — Mare con Ale, departing from Marina di Ognina, Siracusa (SR), Italy. Contact: mareconale@gmail.com, +39 338 758 1877.
2. Bookings and payment
Bookings are confirmed only upon explicit confirmation by Mare con Ale via WhatsApp or email. Payment is accepted in cash or by bank transfer as agreed. Published rates (€350 for two guests, €30 per extra guest, free under 2) may vary for special trips.
3. Cancellations and weather
In case of adverse weather or sea conditions, the skipper may reschedule or cancel the trip with full refund of any deposit. Customer cancellations are free of charge up to 48 hours before departure.
4. Safety on board
The boat carries all safety equipment required by Italian law. Guests must follow the skipper's instructions. Water activities (swimming, snorkeling, SUP) are undertaken at the guests' own responsibility. Minors are always under the responsibility of a parent or adult companion.
5. Liability
Mare con Ale is not liable for personal belongings lost or damaged on board, nor for damages caused by failure to follow the skipper's instructions.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. The Court of Siracusa has exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
